Product Return and Exchange Notice
1. This product is a personal hygiene product and food. Once unpacked, it cannot be returned.
2. The official website provides a seven-day free appreciation period for this product (including holidays). Only products with unopened outer boxes can be returned or exchanged.
3. The returned merchandise must be in new condition and intact packaging. If the merchandise is incomplete or damaged due to improper packaging, the value of the merchandise has been lost and no return or exchange will be processed.
4. To process product returns or exchanges, please return the product to the official shopping cart within seven days of receiving it. If there are circumstances where the product cannot be returned, please send an email to customer service and we will have someone to serve you.

Return/Refund Procedure
